Shipping policy

We have a flat shipping fee of $12.00 Australia wide for Standard Shipping and $18.00 for Express Shipping.

Please allow us five business days to make and pack your order (check website banner for changes)

Standard delivery times for products purchased through Tahlia Fursland Designs are between three and ten business days.

Express delivery times for products purchased through Tahlia Fursland Designs are between one and four business days.

In the unlikely event that your product purchased in not available, or we are unable  to fulfil your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an alternative product or exchange.
