Refund policy

We want all of our customers to be confident when purchasing online at Tahlia Fursland Designs. 

Tahlia Fursland Designs will happily exchange or provide a full refund if by the off chance your product is faulty and / or damaged (terms and conditions apply, please see below)

Tahlia Fursland Designs will not provide a refund or exchange if it is a personalised product, you change your mind, ordered the wrong product, damaged the product by misusing or used the product for a long time and the problem is a result of usual wear and tear.

If by the off chance your product is faulty and you would like an exchange or a full refund, please see below terms and conditions:

Refund:

To receive a full refund, the customer must contact Tahlia Fursland Designs with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • The date of delivery of the product
  • Reason why you are returning the Product
  • If the product is damaged or faulty please provide images
  • A contact phone number

If the refund has being accepted by Tahlia Fursland Designs, Tahlia Fursland Designs will provide the customer with instructions on how and where to send the product back. Any products returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The customer must return the product to Tahlia Fursland Designs within 7 days. Any products returned after our 7-day window are not eligible for a refund.

When returning a product, the product must be sent to Tahlia Fursland Designs in the original condition, unused, with its original packing.

Once the product has arrived back to Tahlia Fursland Designs, Tahlia Fursland Designs will inspect the product and let the customer now if the refund was approved or not. If approved, Tahlia Fursland Designs will automatically refund the customer (less the shipping charges).

All refunds will be via the original payment method

Exchange:

To exchange a product, the customer must contact Tahlia Fursland Designs with the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Address
  • Order number
  • The date of delivery of the product
  • Reason why you are returning the Product
  • If the product is damaged or faulty please provide images
  • A contact phone number
If the exchange has been accepted by Tahlia Fursland Designs, Tahlia Fursland Designs will provide the customer with instructions on how and where to send the product back. Any products returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

        Once the product has arrived back to Tahlia Fursland Designs, Tahlia Fursland Designs will inspect the product and let the customer now if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, Tahlia Fursland Designs will cover the shipping cost of the new product back to the customer.

        Exceptions / non-returnable items:

        Unfortunately personalised products can’t be returned or exchanged due to being a custom product. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our personalised products, please get in touch with us at info@tahliafursland-designs.com

        There is no exchange or refund on sale items.
