A: Every piece is made to order and created with love are care. Our current turnaround time is 8 business days (this does not include custom orders). Please contact us for a more accurate turnaround time if you are concerned.

Q: Do you offer rush orders?
A: Yes, we do! The availability of rush orders depend on how busy we are at the time of order. Please add 'Rush Order' to your cart to confirm. For the fairness of all of our customers, notes left at checkout requesting to be dispatched ASAP will not be honoured and will be processed within our current processing times.

A: Yes! We offer local collection from Lovely Banks, Victoria. Further details will be provided once order has been confirmed.

Q: I want to change some details after purchase, is this possible?
A: Please let us know within ASAP once order is confirmed for any adjustments or corrections. If works have already commenced, this may incur additional costs.
Q: My order was damaged upon delivery, what should I do?
A: We take great care when creating and packing your orders. Your package gets handled by many hands, machines and vehicles during shipping and may get mishandled and arrive broken. If this happens, please contact us within seven days of delivery along with images of the damaged product and how the packaging arrived. You will have the option of a replacement or a refund of the faulty item.
